Allow custom defined betting amounts(ie 6 or 20), instead of the predifined 1, 5, 25, 100, and 500 bets?

Implemention of Lay and Buy bets.

Add a button to change what bet type is being placed.
Split regions allowing the location of where a bet dropped to signify what bet type it is.
Hovering over a region brings up the option to drop the bet as Lay or Buy.
